Raleigh Home Stagers join together to Redesign Commerical Real Estate

I had the fortunate opportunity of joining forces with another Raleigh Home Staging Company on a great commercial staging project.  Lasting Impressions Staging & Design teamed up with Well Dressed Homes, owned by Janine Varney to stage and re-design South Terrace at Auburn Apartments in Durham, NC.  Their 2BDR/2BA model apartment was in much need of an update for the demographics in Durham.  They also wanted to create an upscale image in the Clubhouse/Business center and change the Carriage House into a Game/entertainment space for the residents.

The most amazing part of this project is that we completed the entire project in 28 days from start to finish!

Thank you to South Terrace at Auburn for understanding the importance of staging your product for your current and future residents to enjoy.  And a BIG thank you to Janine Varney at Well Dressed Homes!  I can't wait to see what we work on next together!

Sounds like an auspicious and rewarding task. I'm most impressed with the before and after of the Carriage House. The billiards room!

Andrew,  Thanks the Billards Room was fun a lot of fun.  In Raleigh we have a great Flea Market and I was able to find old footballs, baseball gloves, bats and other parapahnialia.  I could not find antique baseballs, so I purchased new ones for $1.00 a ball and rubbed them with Old English furniture polish and put them in large glass containers on the mantle  They truly looked old.

Tanya, Thanks the quest room was my favoriate room.  We did not have a lot of choices for furniture placement, due to the size and floor plan.

Oh yeah that was my favorite room as well, I have to agree with you.

It must have been a blast working with another company, I did that on one of my jobs and I loved it, we all  brought something different to the table. It was fun

Thank you everyone for your wonderful comments!

I am sad to say that they beautiful Plasma TV over the fireplace in the billiards room was just stolen over the Memorial weekend.  We did have the company install a saftey bracket to deter anyone from stealing, but someone must have know what they were doing.  It is really sad, because I don't think that the managment company is going to put another one in for the residents to enjoy.

I am glad that we received our final check for the TV, because we may have been liable since we purchased it for the client.
