Donna, This home I actually borrowed furniture from my vendors that I work with regularly. I provided the Furniture in the living room, but the rest was on loan for the month of Parade. All the accessories that you see where mine, but I borrowed the Artwork from a local store here in Raleigh. The other 10 homes that we did I supplied the furniture that was from my inventory. I hope this helps.

Great presentation by Real Estate Shows. As we know, in the Luxury Home Segment presentation is important but we have to remember the other P's too! Product, Price, Place and Promotion
Tracy, I am glad you liked the show. You are so right about the P's! It's a spectaular product in a prime place, promoted well, the kicker is the price tag that comes along with all the above. It has all the P's, but is way out of my league, but I sure did enjoy the selection 'P'rocess!
